What is Matcha?
Matcha is renowned for its use in the historic Japanese tea ceremony. Valued for its concentrated taste and unique health benefits. The finely ground de-veined green tea leaves are high in antioxidant content, fiber and chlorophyll. One cup has the nutritional equivalent of ten cups of unfused green tea.
