How to Use

Hang the tea bag from your faucet and allow the water to pass through as your tub fills. Or simply place in the tub once filled.
Once the salts are dissolved. Lie back and soak for 20-30 minutes or as desired. Best to do before bed. With any hot salts bath, you may feel tired or lightheaded when you get out.
