Hang the tea bag over the faucet and allow the water to run through as the tub fills. Or simply add to the tub after it has been filled.
Once salts are dissolved. Lie back and soak for 20-30 minutes or as desired. Best to do before bed. With any hot salts bath, you may feel tired or lightheaded when you get out.
